Weird, didnt know how to use it,no suggestions ***Editor*** For those who do not know weighted balls ar inserted into the vagina for pelvic exercise. When you stand up the gravity will dropthe balls out. You use your pelvic muscles to hold them in. This is also a great exercise for bladder control
