This worked better than expected, there is no need for a condom with this sleeve, it will add to your guy and make him thicker which means a lot more feeling. I would use this even if there is no need for a condom just for this particular reason. You both will enjoy this. Like I said so, so much better than condoms and feels so much better. I highly recommend this item.
